Before you get in touch

  • For a bug, note your app version, device, and the steps that led to the issue.
  • Your workout data stays on your device. Please do not delete the app or clear its data as a troubleshooting step without a backup.
  • Send only the information needed to explain the issue. We do not need your workout history or a full backup.

Subscriptions & billing

Help with a purchase

Use the store that billed you to manage a subscription or review a charge.

Prelaunch note: Bearwerks subscription plans, pricing, and any trial offer are still being finalized. The guidance below applies if you make a store purchase when subscriptions become available.

Manage or cancel

For Apple purchases, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. For Google Play purchases, open your subscriptions in Google Play and select the subscription.

Follow the store prompts to complete cancellation and check the status shown there. Deleting the app or sending a support message is not a substitute for canceling through the store.

Refunds and unexpected charges

For Apple-billed purchases, use Apple's refund request process. For Google Play purchases, review Google's refund guidance or contact us for help. Eligibility depends on the purchase, location, store rules, and applicable consumer rights; a refund is not guaranteed.

Paid access is missing?

Check that you are using the store account that made the purchase and that the subscription is active. Contact us with your device, app version, store, and a short description. Do not buy again just to troubleshoot.

Do not send passwords, payment-card details, a full workout backup, or workout history. We will ask for a limited purchase reference only if needed. Do not delete the app or clear its data without a backup.

    Help us understand and reproduce a problem. A diagnostic log is optional.

      Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. Do not include workout history, passwords, or private training information.

      Only attach a diagnostic log you deliberately exported from Bearwerks. Review it before sending. Your log will be emailed to bugs@gearwerks.app and retained in our support mailbox; Contact Form 7 removes its temporary upload after processing. Do not attach a workout file or backup.
